LHL has been working on the refurbishment of this Luxury Collection resort for owning company UIP, and as part of our extended scope we were asked to design a casual restaurant outlet, that prepares fresh juices, salads as a casual and healthy dining option for the resort. Zest tis located in the new Ocean Suites wing and opens out onto the adjacent lemon Square, a picturesque courtyard with Lemon tress and fountains offering a quiet escape.
Zest Juice Bar @ Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort
The interiors are inspired by a clean and contemporary backdrop of white walls with a wrap around wooden ceiling feature complimented with wicker pendant lights. We have introduced lime green colours with a complimentary green wall backdrop along with punches of colour in the decorative cushions and artwork.
The restaurant offers a daily fresh juice service and ‘pick up and go’ counter locations to take to the beach or pool.
