Ballymore properties engaged Lynne Hunt London to design the apartment schemes for this new development and conversion of St John’s aa former hospital.
St John’s building is a hugely desirable address with the political, financial, and commercial districts of London being only a short walk away. LHL oversaw the development of the 180 apartments, common areas, and Public spaces in totality.
The palette of materials to be rolled out across the development consisted of timber floors, black glossy lacquer imposting front doors for each apartment, stunning bands of white marble and granite for the bathrooms, and a nod to Art Deco in the detailing.
The result is a hugely popular development, apartments when available now are immediately snapped up by discerning clientele.
