LHL (Lynne Hunt London) together with Virgin Hotels in house design team have created a unique design aesthetic for the Premier Suites and Richards Flat in this iconic London Hotel location. Shoreditch is renowned for its cafes and bars and is the central and youthful hub of London with great warehouse spaces, cobbled streets in the centre of the vibrant City of London.
The rooms are spacious and offer unique spaces, the design overall Is exciting and audacious with a contemporary, new interpretation of the vibrant 1970’s aesthetic so keenly associated with founder Richard Branson.
A warm and rich colour palette of rust, olive green, pale blue and cream incorporating textural fabrics of boucle, velvet and leather, along with painted brick walls in complimentary tones adds a subtle backdrop to the spectacular rooms. Fun elements of ‘Hollywood’ style mirrors in pops of vibrant orange along with the most sumptuous beds to dream away the hours.
Cosy boucle sofas and velvet armchairs with burl oak side tables and floor mirrors along with the uncompromising amenities offered to guests that are housed in custom fluted timber designed wardrobes and bars complete the look. Artwork and collectible memorabilia have been thoughtfully sourced to give the attention to detail and style that Virgin Hotels is renowned for- the small touches that charm the guest at their home away from home.
