Lynne was approached by her existing clients who were relocating from Palm Beach, Florida. After some time searching for a Penthouse apartment they came upon a wonderful light filled penthouse apartment with roof terrace in Holland Park.

Lynne was tasked with creating a more contemporary interior to compliment the building with thought and consideration to showcase many of the couple’s collectible and treasured items within the interior scheme. The colour scheme is clean and fresh, ivory with a pale green eau de nil, and green apple colour palette.

The classic Knoll Saarinen marble dining table is complimented with a light wash Tollgard dining chair upholstered in Dedar velvet upholstery, Bella Figura pendants hang above, with antique mirror centers, along with the sumptuous Stark hand woven silk rug provides a luxurious backdrop to the dining area.

The living area is inviting and relaxed with Simpsons coffee tables again with antique mirror centers, sumptuous Flexform sofas, complimented with custom cushions in Schumacher cut velvet fabric and fringe trim, and Frato side tables featuring Porto Romano lamps. The feature wallcovering is from Noblis Fontan and features a lush foliage pattern, reminscent of Florida’s Palm Beach, brought together with the standout Stark hand tufted silk ivory rug with delightful swivel chairs from Sofa and Chair in a schumacher antique velvet strie fabric adorned with brass studwork, completes the sunny space.

The stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the skyline of London features McKinnon and Harris Duval furniture in Montbello green with a feature zinc fountain focal point from A Place in the Garden. An idyllic and tranquil London Penthouse escape.
